Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum of two (2) nights required
Minimum of three (3) nights required for holidays

	March 1st to September 15th	$200.00 per night	($1,200.00 per week)
	September 15th to February 28th	$175.00 per night	($1,050.00 per week)

	$250.00 refundable security deposit plus one half of the rental fee is required within 10 days of booking.
	Remaining rental fee required 30 days before your scheduled arrival dates.
	A $25.00 cleaning fee is required.
	Cancellation policy: Must be made 30 days prior to arrival during normal rental periods, and 60 days prior to arrival during holiday periods. Failure to cancel within this time period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We are not responsible for weather and acts of God. We will work with you if we can rent the house during your cancellation period. A $20.00 administration fee will be charged for cancelled reservations. The balance of the rental fee and deposit will be refunded if another tenant is secured for the same period.
