Cantamar ( Check-in Procedures)

Open back gate and enter through back door. Make sure to close back gate and storage room door at ALL TIMES.
1. Front bars are removable by lifting off brackets, or can be swung open. If removed store on deck against wall.
2. Turn on gas tank located on back porch area. Open main water valve located on the right side wall in the storage room, look for ORANGE pipe with water main on it just below bathroom window. Outside water main is located in front of back neighbor’s house. May have to check if no water. ( Look for square box in front of his house)
3. Pull out wood securing the sliding doors. Use wood along with locks on sliders when locking if bars are off.
4. Light water heater located in back storage area. Make
sure that the gas has been on for a little while so that gas pressure is in the system, this will make lighting the pilots easier. Light wall heater pilot if needed (winter)
Light pilots on stove by lifting stove cover you must
remove the knobs. This will eliminate odor.
5. Remove chairs and barbecue from inside house to deck.
6. (DO NOT DRINK THE TAP WATER) Use only
bottled water supplied for drinking and ice.
7. PLEASE don’t leave anything of value on deck when you leave the house for any period of time. ALWAYS lock the house when you leave, (even for walks, swims or surfing on the beach) Chairs and barbecue are O.K. out there. Please store surfboards, bodyboards and beach items in back storage area when away from the house.
A. Plastic table for outside is in back storage area.
B. The stereo is located in the master bedroom closet.
C. Supplies located under the sink in main bathroom.
D. Outdoor speakers are on the shelf in living room, use
speaker B on the receiver to power them. Please
make sure to bring them in when checking out!
C. Flag pole can be put up if you like.
NO FIREWORKS IN CANTAMAR! (THE POLICE WILL COME)

Cantamar (Check-out Procedures)

1. Take in all patio chairs, tables, barbecue, outdoor speakers and flagpole.
2. Put round cover on fire pit. (Make sure ambers are completely out, use water if needed.)
3. Close ALL windows and put wood security sticks back.
4. Replace and lock all windows and put in security bars.
5. Close all shades and blinds.
6. Make sure inside light between sliders is on and timer is set. Please test by rotating timer. Please reset to correct time when checking. (All other lights should be off)
7. Make sure stereo, CD, satellite and tape player are turned off.
8. Take out trash. The trash area is located on the last street before the entrance on your way out. When leaving turn left at this street, (North) go all the way down to the end. You will see it on the right side.
9. Please leave money ($25.00) on the microwave for the maids.
10. Lock the door & deadbolt from outside.
11. Before leaving make sure GAS and WATER are turned off.
Gas is located just outside back door. Water main is located on the right side wall in the storage room. Look for the orange pipe with water main written on it, just below bathroom window.
12. Make sure back shed door and gate are locked.
